Unable to Access Bill after Moving
Hello! I recently moved and have a question regarding billing. Earlier this month when I moved, I requested to stop service at my last place and start service at my new one. On the day I requested to stop services I received a bill for $142.67. I’ve tried accessing this bill but the link won’t allow me to, I’m guessing because my name is associated with a new address and account number since moving. Does anyone know how I can go about accessing this bill for my previous address and paying the balance?

Thank you for reaching out. I hope you are doing great today. I appreciate you keeping us during your move <3. We are grateful to remain your provider at the new location. While checking the previous account, I see the bill for $142.67 was generated before the transfer was initiated, thus including charges for the next month since we bill a month in advance.
Because you weren't at this location for the full billing cycle, you will get a prorated adjustment for this account. This ensures you aren't paying more than you need to. We then transfer any remaining charges or credits to the location. If you log in and pull up the first bill for the new account, you'll notice on Page 1 and Page 3 a balance transfer amount with the old account number listed.
When you have a moment, can you pull up your bill to confirm?
