How do I view the package I pay for? Since I no longer get channels 720,729 and a host of the only channels I care about- you need to
refund this part of my bill and explain to me the best options to get these channels?

You can find steps to view your level of service on our support page here, and you can find what's available with each TV tier by using the Channel Lineup tool.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
• As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
• A "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send
