UDAP VIOLATION

Telling a customer that you sent an old modem to after refusal to put the MAC address onto the account and unable to get service activated because of these things and then wanting to push a technician to their house to charge them for this and then also sending them a bill when they don't even have service activated plus having FCC deceptive practice violations by telling a consumer that they have to contact you by phone it's the law to disconnect service that never was activated is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
