I had someone come to set up internet on Sunday last week, they told me the cable room to my apartment was locked so they couldn’t do it and I’d have to wait till Thursday. So then I wait and I double check the cable room is unlocked. He spent 45 minutes in the cable room and then came back and said he doesn’t know which cable is to my apartment. This is ridiculous. It’s been almost two weeks I’ve been living in my apartment and I still have no internet. I’ve been trying to figure out how to schedule an appointment and the AI chat won’t do it. I’m asking if I could please have someone who knows what they’re doing come to my apartment and set it up.
