Two things: (1) unused wire I need to have removed, (2) need wiring for service

Hello, we are doing a remodel, and there are two things I am hoping to get help with at the same location:

1. There is an unused Xfinity wire at street level that I would like to have removed. This was in use before the remodel, but is no longer needed.

2. I need to get wiring installed for Internet service to our back lot. This is actually a separate parcel, with its own separate street address. I need someone to coordinate with our contractor to get the wiring installed. The wiring will probably need to go under the street, but PG&E is going to have a trench open, so we can hopefully get the Xfinity wiring in at the same time.
