Hello @user_6ebvw9, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. I can understand how that might be confusing. No worries, we’ll make sure this gets sorted out quickly. The easiest way to return the extra modem is to use one of our return options, such as dropping it off at an Xfinity Store or using a prepaid return label.
