Hello @user_6ebvw9, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. I can understand how that might be confusing. No worries, we’ll make sure this gets sorted out quickly. The easiest way to return the extra modem is to use one of our return options, such as dropping it off at an Xfinity Store or using a prepaid return label. I have also attached an article on ways to return equipment here.  Let me know if you have any questions.

All Xfinity stores are far from my location, so the prepaid return label option would work best for me. I used the link provided to return the extra modem; however, I did not see an option to generate a prepaid return label.

user_6ebvw9 It would be listed under option 2 on the linked page. The return center here: https://customer.xfinity.com/devices/returns/status is where you would need to sign in to see the devices Pick the one you want to send back, and go from there. 

Are you not seeing either of the new modems listed?
