Two issues

Being billed for double play 

being billed for internet blast 

being billed for internet modem 

most packages offer modem with internet 

was looking for better package

chatted with Xfinity over an hour.  So horrible.  Nothing got done. Someone was supposed to call me and never did.  

I was told that I should have access to peacock and they could not fix it

worst experience ever

 Xfinity this is so painful.

My condo building is changing providers next year.  At least we know who we are going to not choose

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
