Two Coax outlets in room - Can main line be swapped to the second one?

Hello, I have two coax cable outlets in my living room. One of them works to connects to my device, and the other does not. I'd like to swap this because I have to run a cable across my floor to the modem due to how the entire room is arranged.

Is it possible to get a technician to move my connection to the second outlet?
