Two Accounts Merge Into One

We are in the process of moving and we currently have regular internet service at our old address and Xfinity NOW internet at our new address to bridge the gap. We are now completely moved in and would like to cancel the Xfinity NOW and transfer our old service to our new address, but it seems like it's a complicated task. We keep getting an error message when attempting this.

Can anyone help?
