tv,internet, phone serious issues

I have written a long historical description but won't show it all here unless asked. Bottom line is that I have exhausted using Xfinity Assistant and phone help and have done diagnostics/reset, refresh etc more times than I can count.  X1 TV, internet, voice are all very disfunctional.  Tech visit 2/26 found no issues after being sent by Tier II. I have had great success in the past using Customer Service on here but I realize I have to be 'referred' there for private conversation. Please help and thank you in advance..

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
