@user_uszxqh Have you done any troubleshooting? Have you unplugged, and restarted the cable box? If you don't have a cable box, have you checked to make sure your TV has all the updates?

We’ve completed these steps and the Xfinity app is still not working. If it’s an update, there’s a problem.

After signing in with the code. It toggles like it’s signing in. But an error code shows up.

Are you speaking of the Stream app or Xfinity app as those are 2 different things?

I am having the same error code TVAPP-00166 on the Xfinity Stream app on my samsung smart TV.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted the TV, made sure I had the latest updates, rebooted my internet many many times. This needs to be fixed, it has been ongoing for about 15 hours now.
