Hi @user_9l0hjx, thank you for posting on our Xfinity Community Forum! Have you tried to gain help through our App using Xfinity Assistant any help with troubleshooting?

A few quick things to check:

  • Make sure the TV or remote isn’t muted (try pressing the Mute button).
  • Press the LANG button on the remote to reset the audio stream.
  • Ensure your remote is pointed at the TV/TV Box and within range.
  • Double-check the audio settings and connections on your TV Box and TV.
