A few quick things to check:
Make sure the TV or remote isn’t muted (try pressing the Mute button).
Press the LANG button on the remote to reset the audio stream.
Ensure your remote is pointed at the TV/TV Box and within range.
Double-check the audio settings and connections on your TV Box and TV.
