TV problem
Last Friday I called Xfinity and spoke with a representative. He was unable to help me over the phone and told me a technician would be at my home Saturday morning between eight and 10. One no technician showed up. I called Xfinity again and spoke with him. He promised to call me back within an hour, and I never heard from him. I have no other recourse than to ask for help here.
