Tv plan canceling

Hi my name is [Edited: "Personal Information"] and I have try to change my plan because I found out that I have been paying for TV service that I haven’t been using and would like to get rid off it but found out that there is no such on option for no reason!

So please help me to change my plan to only 2Gig internet plan that’s all what I need!
