TV Not working
I have one of my TVs is not working with xfiniry. It says I need to point the remote to the box and I do that and it doesn’t work. Is it possible to schedule for someone to come out and provide new box and remote? Thank you

Good evening @user_o5gi07! I can see why you'd be looking for help, especially if one TV suddenly stopped responding and the remote pairing prompts aren't working. Have you already tried replacing the batteries in the remote?
Have you tried factory resetting the remote? We have a step by step guide here. This same article has steps on how to pair the remote to the cable box once it has been reset.
Is the TV box powered on and displaying picture normally, or is it stuck on a specific screen?
