Can you tell me a little more about your cable box? Is it connected with a coax cable line, or is it a wireless box? Are there any error codes beginning with RDK or XRE included in the message, or is it just the three words "No Gateway Found"? Is this a box that was previously functioning correctly, or a new box connecting for the first time?
