Tv not working.

One of my television boxes is broken. I got a hold of someone last night after days of trying to talk to someone. They said that their tech team would have it fixed within an hour, and they would call me back in the morning to make sure. No call back the next morning, television not fixed. I call your stupid number and get put into the same loop of troubleshooting the stupid box over and over again. Nothing is working. Then, if I keep telling the stupid robot that it's not fixed, it just stops responding eventually. How is this customer service? This is insanity. How can you put together a phone line where you cannot talk to an agent? The worse part of the whole thing is that when I try to use my tv it says opps something's broken. We can fix it if you give us a call! I AM GIVING YOU A CALL.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
