Tv not receiving signel

My tv has been off line since last evening. The neighbors are not experiencing this problem. Would you go to my account and send me a signal. I tried pulling the plug and plugging back in. The screen says welcome   BIENVENIDO.BIENVENUE.

Please verify my signal. I am not able to watch TV. All the neighbors have service. 
we had a terrible storm last night could this b the reason.
