TV not detecting cable channels.

Just bought a new TV and during the set up realized that the TV was not detecting cable channels. Was informed that I needed to contact the service provider to resolve this issue.

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_9miymz. Are you setting that up using the stream app on a Smart TV or through a cable box?
