tv issue

This cable company is horrible all week i lose my tv service. i rebooted several times you have credit my account $11.60 today June 19th i have been without tv since 12 midnight to call your company. when you try to call you never get a live person. as a consummer it is upsetting we pay for a service and get lousy service for our money

@user_9uc8a0 I can definitely understand how frustrating it can be if your service isn't working. I'd love to take a look and see what's happening. Are there any error messages or service interruptions reported in our amazing Xfinity My Account app?
