Tv going out on night of Stanley cup!!

user_6bkt0z  I'm sincerely sorry to hear about the issues with the TV service. Not the experience we would like you to have and we'd like to help troubleshoot. Is this only happening on a specific channel or multiple? Did you try rebooting the TV box manually or through the Xfinity App? I would also recommend checking the coaxial connection to make sure it's tight.
