Tv cable not working

I have used the xfinity automated help system for 3 days. And I just keep getting the same answers with no help. My cable tv box turns on. The screen says welcome. Then it says to tighten cable connections which I have done. The code says RDK-10000.  I ask the automated service to connect to a person to no avail.
