Tv cable box needs reboot

Been on with your AI for over two hours yeah I’ve already checked the cable power and all the cables are tight. Please reboot my box that ends with 3744 or I’m finding another cable company been with you guys for over 25 years. why is it you can’t even talk to people anymore You have to have some robot.
