TV broken by technician
I had a tech come out to replace my X1 box. But he brought the wrong box and now my tv won’t turn on. The tv is just a little over a year old. He dropped the box a few times and it pulled on my cords and damaged the hdmi port causing me to switch the port as when he hooked it up it was giving static and lines which didn’t happen prior to him coming. Now the tv won’t turn on at all. I spent hours over 12 trying to fix it between you and the manufacturer. I 100 percent feel Comcast should replace the tv as you all broke it. The box is so heavy I have to put it on a dining room chair. It looks ridiculous. The guy admitted he had the wrong box. Never came with a new one or sent one and then spent most his time on a personal call. I am beyond frustrated.
