TV box won’t connect
Troubleshooting through the app. Xfinity assistant says it’s fixed. It is not. The box is unplugged! Need an agent. No way to get to an agent. Do better.

I understand that the TV box won't connect and that you have attempted to troubleshoot via the app. You mentioned the box is unplugged though. Can you clarify what other troubleshooting steps you have tried and if there is an error code on the cable box?
