TV Box start issue
When I joined Xfinity service I got the tiny tv box for free.
After using that for several months, it started show certain problem.
Whenever I turn on the TV Box, it shows bad quality of screen.
I have to restart the device every time I turn it on. (I tried troubleshooting counter measures, unplugging/plugging the HDMI cable, replugging the power cable, restart is the pure solution for this issue)
I tried to get help from the Xfinity app. But it didn't work.
I believer the tv box is the problem.
What shall I do?
Do I have to visit local Xfinity and ask replacement of the tv box?

Hi user_a6b314, thank you for reaching out to us here with this concern. The cable box you're referring to sounds like our Flex box that we use for streaming. You can get a replacement box by visiting a local Xfinity store, to find the nearest service center you can click on this link (https://comca.st/3QFm013).
