TV Box is offline. The box states "boot". I have gone through the x1 chat assistant, and it does not resolve issue.

TV Box is offline.  The box states "boot". I have gone through the x1 chat assistant, and it does not resolve issue.  Cables are all hooked up correctly. Pressing power button for 15 sec. does nothing.  Unplugging for 30sec does nothing.  Tried to reset box from website, but it states it can't find the box and that it is offline.  Called 1-800 helpline but it stated that I needed to call local office.  Local office is closed.

@user_31bqsk Welcome to our community forum! Thank you for reaching out so we can help with your equipment that seems to be stuck in a "boot" loop. In my experience, this is best solved by replacing the cable box with a new one. How do you feel about swapping that equipment at your local Xfinity service center? You can use the link to find the closest location and even schedule an appointment to save time waiting in line at the store.
