I have followed the instructions provided with my tv box .
The box is activated.
The welcome screen came on.
Now it says Unsupported Mode.
What is the next step?

Thank you for reaching out via the community forum @user_e7rtk5. You have come to the right place for help. This error can sometimes indicate an issue with the mismatch resolution settings between the box and the TV. Can you try to power cycle the box and check the HDMI connection?
