Trying to upgrade plan and equipment
We've been trying to upgrade our internet plan and equipment online both via web and the app for a few days. every attempt fails with wildly different error codes or message each time. 404 header to large or time out or just oops something went wrong. all we want to do is upgrade to the 1.2 g speed and add xfinity pro with the wifi extenders. our account home page says "we are processing your order" but we haven't been able to get far enough to complete an order yet.

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
