Trying to upgrade Internet; this is probably the most frustrating experience I've ever had.

I used to be able to upgrade and downgrade my Internet plan from the Web site. Apparently, that's not a thing anymore. All I want to do is upgrade my Performance plan to the Gigabit plan. That's all. That's it.

 

Look, I understand you guys are trying to maximize profits and all but this is not a good look. Can I get some help, please?

So I tried to call the phone number on my bill. (1-800-XFINITY) I talk to a rep, who says she's more than happy to help me upgrade my Performance plan to a Gigabit plan. After several failed attempts at trying to verify my agreement, we finally got it done but I still don't see any changes to my speed after rebooting the modem. It's been about 15 minutes.

 

Once again, could someone please help???
