trying to see about renewing
anyone from xfinity's team willing to help? the xfinity website is really buggy , and keeps disconnecting me with 'unable to connect to my services' or something like that, then logs me out. i'm interested in seeing if i can contract for another year as my contract expires next month. hopefully i can get the same rate and services just rolled to another year's contract. let me know please. thank you much.

This is a public forum. If the online is not working properly (not unusual), then either call Comcast or go to an Xfinity Store. Plus, you can usually get better deals talking with a person, as online is usually doesn't offer much, if anything, in the way of deals for existing customers.
