Trying to Return Pod

Morning, 

I have been trying to return an extender pod I got online for about a week. First, I brought it to a store they said I had to fill out a form which I did. The form sent me an email 2 days later on how to return it at UPS but the return label would not pull up and the link just said not found. I filled out the form again hoping the new label would work but I'm worried it won't and then I will go beyond the 30 policy. I only had it for about 17 days now. If the link doesn't work again what do I do?

Have you tied clearing your caches and cookies on the device your are using or use another device
