Trying to return old equipment

I'm trying to return an old router.  Your store is perpetually understaffed and I will not wait 30 minutes to drop off old equipment.  Your "create label" for UPS drop off crashes your virtual assistant each time.  How can I stop wasting time on this and get rid of my old equipment.  BTW this is why everyone hates Xfinity.

@user_7gxkki No need to use the Xfinity assistant you can print a return label directly here. https://customer.xfinity.com/devices/returns  You just need to log in with your Xfinity ID to see the equipment you have listed and available to print a label for. If for any reason your device is not listed there no worries UPS can provide one for you as our dedicated shipper they handle all of our return needs for you all!
