Trying To Return Internet Modem Equipment 01/26/24
Trying to return a modem and I live more than 40 minutes away from any Xfinity Store or UPS Store location. But I do have a UPS Service Hub located about 6 minutes from me. They will only allow returns at this UPS Center with a pre-approved return label. Could someone please help me out and issue a UPS return label? Otherwise, how am I supposed to return this equipment back to Xfinity?

Hello this link https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers?q= is our xfinity store locator link it will show all the xfinity stores in your area ( just put in you complete address in) also we partner up with the UPS store and you can drop of your equipment at the local UPS store they will pack it up & ship to us for you and provide you with receipt https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/returning-your-equipment
