Trying to reach a live person

I am trying to reach a live person concerning my bill. It is almost impossible. this still allowed through Xfinity? The issues that I have cannot be solved by a chat.

There are no humans left at Xfinity. Only bots, even if you get ahold of a "live" one. This company has zero idea how to provide customer service. Good luck.
