Trying to reach a customer service or retention center to resolve a billing issue.
Comcast customer service seems to be dead now. There are no available chat nor phone call.
I tried to reach them through a phone many times, but it got disconnected after a long pause no matter what options I selected...
Currently, I am in the promotion deal with my xfinity interent, which will end on July 12th, 2020. Although I prefer to stay with Xfinity, AT&T now offers me the fiber connection with 1,000 mbps for only $49.99. I wonder whether comcast can match the price for my current service (300bps) so that I can stay with you since I am pretty satisfied with xfinity in overall..
Please let me know how to reach a customer service. I'd like to talk with Xfinity at least before switching over to AT&T..
