Trying to Port Verizon Mobile to Xfinity Mobile for several days with no luck

I ported a phone/phone number from Verizon Mobile to Xfinity Mobile last year and the port took less than 30 minutes. I am now porting another number using the same Verizon and Xfinity accounts and I've been waiting several days for the port to complete. I am porting the last phone attached to the Verizon account and don't know if this may be an issue. Any ideas why the port doesn't go through?
