Trying to pay my now, Internet service

my Now iInternet service is suspended and needs to be paid and I have no option to paying it.

NOW Internet is a prepaid service, and to get started, enrollment in automatic payments is required at the time of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each prepaid period—unless you choose to pause or cancel your service. If you ever need a break or decide to stop your plan, you can do so anytime online by turning off autopay in your NOW Portal. Just select “Turn off autopay”—it’s quick and easy. While refunds aren’t provided, you’ll continue to enjoy your service until the end of your current prepaid period. If your NOW internet is suspended for non-payment, you should pay your full past-due balance immediately through your NOW Portal.
