Trying to order internet service but did not receive confirmation email
I am trying to set up internet service. I made an order online three days ago but have still not received a confirmation email and my installation is supposed to be tomorrow morning. I received an order number at the time of making it but have received no further information from Xfinity. I am unable to log in to Xfinity online or in the app as I get either an error message or a glitchy loop.
