trying to move services

i'm trying to move services and I cannot get the portal to send a confirmation or complete the final steps. i've been trying to reach an agent for 2 hours since the ai assistant is just supplying me the same link over and over again. i've called the 1(800)-xfinity line and not been able to get past that ai. any tips? or should I just switch providers to get over this [Edited: "Language"]?
