Trying to move service and get error message, oops, looks like something went wrong.

I am planning to move soon and I have tried to set up all the details, the modem, the xfi complete, the internet speed, even inputting the to and from addresses. But when it comes time to actually reviewing and paying, everytime I get a "Oops looks like something went wrong, please try again later message" can I please get an agent to contact me and help with this so I can have this sorted before the move, thank you.
