Trying To Make A Return - Equipment Not Listed On Account

I'm trying to make a modem return and I need a UPS prepaid label. I logged into my account and in the section where it says "select your equipment you'd like to return" is blank. Nothing to select. I'm too far away from an Xfinity Store. Could someone please help?

@NY0922 Thank you for reaching out to the Digital Care Team. Do you have a UPS store? If so, it can be dropped off. They will add the label and box it up for you.

The nearest UPS Center is the Main Hub. They will not accept any packages unless the prepaid label is on the package. I've been there several times.

@NY0922 I hate to hear this has been your experience. Please send us a message with your first and last name, as well as house numbers to your service address. To send a "Direct Message" message:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it”

I no longer work for Comcast.

People need to know that the direct message doesn't get any results in regards to prepaid labels for returns. Total waste of time. Xfinity needs to fix their web page for returns. There's hundreds of these types of issues on the boards... and no one can solve the issue. Definitely will seek another provider. Tired of the lies and deception. Wasted 30 minutes of my time corresponding back and forth. ZERO RESULTS!
