Trying to log in

Trying to log into the app, put all my correct credentials in and it sends an error message stating I need to try again; got in contact with Xfinity customer help and they said they can’t do anything and to just wait . How helpless

Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us on our Xfinity Forums for help with logging into the app. I'm sorry that you are not having success and standing by waiting can't help find the solution we need. I'm sorry that my peers were not more supportive! Let's see if I can help out and get you into the app. Did you try to reset your password yet? I know that has helped me with my own account previously.
