Trying to hook up new box and it is stuck on welcome

Have new box hooked up and it is t going past the welcome. The first time it said to check the cables and then restart. I did that but it is still stuck.

user_zpzwuo Thanks for posting on our community forums. I'm sorry to hear the box is stuck in the welcome screen. Do you have a splitter connected between the box and the wall? Have you tried removing the cables completely and reconnecting them? You could also try running a diagnostic through the Xfinity App and resetting the box that way to see if that helps.
