Trying to get service for an address in Xfinity's service zone
I have put in multiple requests to move my services to a new location. I was told that there was no access by one rep, I was told by another rep that I would need to pay for construction (and he would refer me out, I have yet to hear back), and this last rep that said construction has already began and that I need to wait 30-60 days. I have seen no construction nor have I found any county permits pulled by Comcast.
All of these answers do not make sense together.
I would like clarification on how to get my new residence Xfinity internet access.
Please let me know how to proceed.
