Trying to get price quote for service if I get rid of landline

Have spoken to several customer service reps and get different answer each time.

I want to turn off my landline (seldom used) but keep everything else I have (internet, cable boxes, and current channel selection).

Can someone assist?

Good morning @user_gfn9np I would be happy to review your account and see if that is possible. From what you are saying it sounds like you may be grandfathered into a channel line up that we no longer offer and removing your landline will require a new channel line up to be added to your account.
