Trying to get my exterior cable fixed.

I’ve tried going through the proper channels to get my exterior cable fixed. I used the report form, I was taken to a page that told me I will being receiving an email. No email. I try filling out the same form for two days straight and met with a page that tells me to try again… every time. I even talked to an agent who gave me a support ticket number. No way to check status and it has been a day and no one has showed up. What else am I suppose to do??? This is terrible service.
