Trying to get line run to house

I have been trying to get a line run to my house.  The main is in at the street but every time I call they send a tech out that is assumes the line is installed.  I have been on several phone calls and they say it has been escalated and someone will be there within two weeks and nothing happens.  They just send another tech out that can't do anything.  The last person. I talked to said all she can do is set up another tech to cone out.  When I told her the tech can't do anything and asked to speak with someone else she hung up on me.  Any ideas for how I can get this moving?  It has been 3 months. Thanks!

@Jeremyc4 I am sorry to hear this process has been so delayed for you. If you could please send us a direct message with your full name and the service address we want to check that the proper jobs were placed and see what is going on.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
