Trying to get help

I'm trying to get help I have recently come of some terrible times and had fallen behind with all my bills I have broken two payment arrangements but im trying to get my phone turned back on but dont have the full amount and they won't put me on any kind or repayment plan. I understand the position im in is not a good one but I do need my phone for work and its kinda hard with out it. I have been a "valued customer" for over 6 years and cant catch a break if there's anyway I can get some help so I can get this taken care of it would appreciate it.
